Hello! I'm Constance
I am a User Experience Designer based in London passionate about creating thoughtful experiences for people to use and enjoy.
Currently I am with a cross-functional team at Exinity working on a new investing application and a back office portal to support internal operations. We strive to make better product by the insights from user research and the learnings from data analytics.
Before joining Exinity, I enjoyed college life at the Royal College of Art studying Service Design.
My team and I created a data driven platform to reduce food waste; an app to make sexual health service more accessible; For my solo final project, I designed a subscription based service for children and families to build companionship with nature to help diminish biodiversity loss.
In my prior life as a graphic designer in Hong Kong, I had worked on various projects across corporate design, rebranding and website development. I enjoy creating beuatiful graphics. I do sometimes continue freelancing my skill to design Instagram posts for a youth mental health organisation, or music concert posters for a flute association in Hong Kong, happy designing!
User experience/service design enables me to view design in different perspectives. I enjoy exploring new methods of doing user research, working with users to design something truly useful and yet beautiful for them. Now I am learning more about data analytics and how data can complement the work I'm doing.
When I am not designing, you can find me experimenting new dishes, learning guitar and enjoying the beauty of nature. 🌳 😊
